The girl in the picture goes by the name Odusina Tinuola with the Twitter handle @Mizfloxy. She obviously was in need of some money, and decided to send a direct message to one of her contacts @Lakanbadass on Twitter asking for his financial assistance. He agreed on helping her on one condition; that he would sleep with her first before helping her. She was left with no choice than to agree on the terms, and she requested for the sum of 100 thousand naira for the sex. The guy who had a bad intention kept the conversation going to some point, and then munched the whole conversation and published it on Twitter.

I am not in support of his behaviour, what he did was very wrong. I hope you ladies who get carried away while chatting on social medias would learn from Tinuola's mistake, and be very cautious with whoever you communicate with online.

Former South African President Nelson Mandela dies at 95

Yesterday the current president of South Africa Jacob Zuma announced the passing away of the former South African president Nelson Mandela, who passed away Dec. 5 at 8:50pm local time in South Africa.

The great legend Nelson Mandela, died at age 95 in his residence in Johannesburg after a prolonged lung infection.

Nelson Mandela, is a revered South African anti-apartheid icon who spent 27years in prison, led his country to democracy, and became the first black president.

"He is now resting," said South African President Jacob Zuma. "He is now at peace."

"Our nation has lost its greatest son," he continued. "Our people have lost a father."

“I am one of the countless millions who drew inspiration from Mandela’s life,” Obama said at the White House. “So long as I live, I will do what I can to learn from him.”

Obama ordered that flags be flown at half-staff until sunset Monday and prepared to fly out to South Africa for a state funeral.

Indian rescued from drowning by Nigerian police

Yesterday the anti-crime section of Marine Police rescued 29 years old Singu Amanpreet, an Indian who was stranded on the high in Lagos.

According to the Indian, he boarded his vessel, MSC Monica, that departed Tin Can Island Port, Lagos, yesterday at 1 am, and for over four hours the vessel was floating on the sea.

The policemen attached to the marine section, came to his rescue after getting an alarm signal.

The Indian was rushed to the Military hospital for treatment, and he praised the men that came to his rescue, that if not for them he would have been a dead man by now. Do you guys think the Indians could do the same to us?

UK send 267 Nigerian prisoners home to serve prison sentence

According to Punch

Hundreds of Nigerian criminals will be sent home to serve out prison sentences under a deal set to be struck by ministers within weeks.

Talks are continuing into reaching a compulsory prisoner transfer agreement, which could see more than half of the 534 criminals from Nigeria currently in UK jails repatriated.

UK Prisons Minister, Jeremy Wright, told MailOnline how ‘more foreign prisoners must serve their sentences in their own countries.’

Ministers have been ordered to step up efforts to end the scandal of more than one in eight prisoners being from overseas.

British Prime Minister, David Cameron vowed to end the practice of the British taxpayer picking up the bill for criminals with no business in the UK.

Annie Mpariwa, a 39-year old Zimbabwean woman who is HIV positive, was caught breastfeeding a neighbour's baby without the knowledge of the mother. According to the mother of the infant, Annie secretly snatched the 14-months old baby while she was outside playing, and took her inside her apartment to breastfeed her. After searching everywhere for the baby, the mother decided to knock at her neighbour's (Annie Mpariwa) door to ask her if she have seen her child. As she knocked at Annie's rented apartment and got no response, upon peeping through the window, only to see her neighbour breastfeeding her little girl.

I was shocked. I nearly fainted,” she said, adding that her breasts were leaking milk yet she was not a nursing mother or pregnant.

Meet The Top Ten Nigerian Hollywood Actors

David Oyelowo

David Oyelowo is best known for playing MI5 officer Danny Hunter in the British TV drama series Spooks (known in North America as MI-5) from 2002 to 2004.

Born in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, to Nigerian parents, Oyelowo first attended a youth theatre after being invited by a girl to whom he was attracted. He then studied theatre studies for A level at City and Islington College, and his teacher suggested he should become an actor. After A levels, Oyelowo enrolled for a one year art foundation course, before winning a place and scholarship at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), finishing his three-year training in 1998.

He had before that appeared in Tomorrow La Scala (2002), Maisie Raine (1998) and Brothers and Sisters (1998). Soon after the end of his time on Spooks,Oyelowo made a cameo appearance in the 2005 Christmas special of As Time Goes By. In 2006, he appeared in the TV film Born Equal alongside Nikki Amuka-Bird as a couple fleeing persecution in Nigeria - they also both appeared in Shoot the Messenger (2006), and in The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency (2008) as a husband and wife.

Surprising: School fraternities come as one to fight against kidnapping and rape in Edo State

Some higher institution fraternities in Edo State has collide together eradicate crimes such as; kidnapping, armed robbery, rape, and other violent activities in Edo state.

The fraternities belonging to various institutions across the state converged at the Sand Beach Resorts, Benin, on Saturday 12th for a summit tagged "Interactive Peace Submit: Strategy for Social Cohesion."

The frats which gathered at the summit under the aegis of Rainbow Consolidated Forum, said they are no longer comfortable with the spate of violent crimes and insecurity happening in the state, and vowed to put an end to it.

Some of the fraternities gathered at the summit includes; National Association of Airlords (a.k.a. Supremost Eiye Confraternity), Neo Black Movement (a.k.a Black Axe or Aye-Axemen), The Green Circuit (Maphites), De Norsemen Club of Nigeria (a.k.a Supreme Vikings Confraternity), The Family Fraternity - Cosanosyra (a.k.a The Mafia Confraternity), and Avarian Organization of Nigeria.

Sunday Eze, 33 from Obiofia Nnewichi Nnewi in Anambra State, beats up his estranged wife with iron, bathed her with acid, and forcing some acid down her throat over little misunderstanding. According to source, 11th of October, Sunday Eze visited his father-in-law's house at Edoji Uruagu to see his wife, Ebere Eze (23), who moved back to her father's house after having a fight with her husband. The father of the victim said Sunday came to the house on Friday requesting that his wife should follow him to see the new plots of land he recently purchased. After so much pleading from Sunday, Ebere finally managed to follow him to see the property. As they reach Oraifite/Ichi axis in Ekwusigo Local Government, Sunday Eze attacked his wife. She screamed at the top of her voice for help which brought the attention of some policemen on duty around that area. The policemen quickly come to her rescue but her attacker was no where to be found at the time they reached. She was rushed to Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi where she later died.

Sunday called his wife's family yesterday Sunday 13th asking for forgiveness for his horrible act, without giving reasons for his actions. Sunday Eze is a fugitive and most wanted by the Nigerian police.

ASUU Strike: Nigeria lecturers not shaken by FG threat to stop salaries

The government’s new directive starts from September.

According to Premium Times:

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, is “unshaken” by the federal government’s recent ‘No Work No Pay’ policy on the striking lecturers, PREMIUM TIMES has learnt.

The federal government’s decision to stop paying the lecturers’ salaries was confirmed by the university lecturers after their Thursday meeting.

Rising from ASUU’s zonal conference in Abuja on Thursday, the union responded to the ‘No Work No Pay’ strategy by stating that it had resorted to other welfare strategies to cope with the effects of the policy.

“The Federal Government has through the National Universities Commission, directed universities to stop the payment of our salaries effective September this year and since then our salaries have not been paid,” Clement Chup, ASUU Zonal Chairman in Abuja, said.

According to the awarding institution, Hansei University, they said why they honored Mrs. Jonathan is because she had worked "hard for many good causes."

“She’s a humanitarian who has dedicated her life to working for the less privileged in Nigeria and Africa especially for women and children,” president and Chancellor of Hansei University, Sung-Hae Kim said.

”Her vision as the defender of the poor in Nigeria fits into Hansei University’s motto of a practicing Christian. Now she’s part of our community,” Prof. Kim added.

The leader of the Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force, NDPVF, Muhajid Asari-Dokubo has joined the swelling rank of private university proprietors with his establishment of a university in the neighboring Republic of Benin.

Mr. Asari-Dokubo, who already owns a soccer academy in the West African country and another one in Abuja, said the university, which will be known as King Amachree African University, KAAU, had already been accredited to commence degree programmes beginning September 2014.

He told PREMIUM TIMES in an interview in Abuja that the proposed university, named after his ancestor, was a product of his two existing institutions in Benin Republic, namely King Amachree Automobile/ICT Royal Academy and King Amachree Arts Academy. Both of them, he added, currently award Diploma to their students.

Mobile phones produced in Nigeria hit markets soon

The President of the Phone Allied Products Dealers Association of Nigeria (PAPDAN), Mr. Godfrey Nwosu, revealed yesterday in Lagos that two new locally-manufactured mobile phone brands would be established in Nigeria before December.

Nwosu said that 20 Nigerian investors would partnership together to start up the two new phone brands called iQ and Maxtel.

'The two new brands comes in three market segments: feature, medium and smart phone segments.' he said.
